Introducing the Fourth Quantum Care Internal Care Awards

Following the success of last year’s Quantum Care Internal Care Awards in May last year, we are now launching the Care Awards for 2010. These awards are about rewarding members of staff who make an outstanding contribution to the lives of those people for whom we care. We want to be able to identify and thank those members of staff who are committed to excellence and best practice.

The Awards for 2010 will be as follows;

• Carer of the Year - Days 2010
• Catering Team 2010
• Housekeeping Team 2010
• Outstanding Contribution in Supporting Homes 2010
• Grand Champion of Dementia Care 2010
• Activities Worker/Activity Worker Partnership 2010
• Leadership Award 2010

The Care Awards 2010 packs, including nomination forms and judging criteria are available in the Homes, or you can download a form here. This is your chance to be able to tell us about members of staff who you think deserve to be recognised for the work they do in your Home or for the Company overall. We want to involve everyone by asking you to nominate a member of staff for an appropriate award.
