Mandy Liles, Home Manager

Mandy has looked after older people for 20 years. Starting work as a care worker in 1989 she later became a care team manager and a deputy manager. She became the manager of Courtland Lodge in 2005.

Mandy has achieved an NVQ2 in Care, an NVQ4 in Health and Social Care and a “Registered Managers Award”. Mandy is also the Manual Handling Trainer.
