DART

The Dementia Assessment and Response Team has been set up to support our homes and to carry out assessments of people with dementia and functional mental illness.

DART members can be called into any one of our homes needing specialist advice and support with caring for an individual or to assist Staff teams to achieve the standards we have set.

The DART Team will also assess people at the request of Adult Care Services, or specialist Mental Health teams.
