If you're looking into care options for a friend or relative, we understand that it can sometimes seem to be a difficult and confusing process. We've created these pages to provide you with a wide range of practical information and show you the ways in which we can assist. If you take a look at the left-hand menu, you'll see information that's designed to help someone prepare for a stay. We'd particularly recommend that you read the sections on 'Valuables' and ‘Hospital Escorts'.

You will find forms that allow you to request a service. There are also blank Care Plans for you to start filling out together before admission if you wish. Having families starting the care plan is very helpful and gives us a good idea of the best way to care for your relative/friend. For those living with dementia there is a form to help you give details of your family history. We particularly ask for this information for those living with dementia because they can not always tell us important things about themselves.
