If you would like to request a service from us please use the Service Request Form RC1. This can be printed and posted, faxed or emailed to the manager of the relevant home. You’ll find the contact details on the home’s dedicated pages.
Once your request has been received someone will contact you, although it may be necessary for you to join a waiting list. If this is a particular problem we can, with your agreement, circulate your request to other nearby homes with a shorter waiting time.
If you require Social Services funding, the Adult Care Services Department will undertake an assessment of need which should also be sent to the home of your choice. The manager of the home will come and meet you when he or she has received these two documents.
If you’re funding yourself, the manager of the home will follow up your request by coming to visit you and by completing a full assessment of your needs to decide if the home is able to offer a service.
