Giving us feedback

Each home hosts a forum for residents and relatives on an annual basis. It's a chance for you to meet one of our Board Members, a representative of the Quantum Care Senior Management Team and the Home Manager, all of whom will be able to share information about the company and any relevant issues. You'll then be asked to share ideas and comments about the home, so please do take advantage of the opportunity.

Of course, it may be that you have comments between these annual forums. If so, you can see your Home Manager at any time or contact your Regional Manager – their details are on each individual home's page. It's also possible to email Quantum Care from the ‘Contact us' page of this site.
