Arifa Kapasi, Home Manager

The Home Manager of Fourfields is Arifa Kapasi.

Arifa has worked in the care industry for over 18 years where she began as a care worker supporting young adults with learning disabilities. After marrying and moving to London she worked within the voluntary sector providing advice and information to individuals within the community.

Over the last 10 years Arifa has successfully managed 2 home care agencies, mostly caring for the older person within their own home.

Arifa holds an NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award and has attended various other training courses which have enhanced her abilities and supported her within her roles.
