Elizabeth has worked in residential care for over 20 years. During this time she has taken up all opportunities to improve and build upon her skills. Her training includes NVQ4, the Registered Managers Award, the BTEC Advanced Certificate in Care Supervision, NVQ2 Administration and Computer Skills, Intermediate Dementia Care, Dementia Care Mapper and in-house trainer for Dementia Care, Fire, Food Hygiene and Emergency Aid.
Elizabeth has managed Hyde Valley House since August 2004. She is particularly passionate about providing quality care for the people in the home who live with dementia.
