Quantum Care CSCI Reports

All of our homes are registered and inspected by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). Homes are inspected at least annually, and a report is produced which is a public document. CSCI Inspectors use the 38 National Minimum Standards of care to measure how a home is performing. From April 2007 a new star rating system is being considered by the Commission, to rate a home's performance.

Whilst the inspection reports are available from any of our homes, and from the CSCI website, (www.csci.gov.uk) we want to be open about the way our homes are run and let those who use our services know what we do right and how we can improve things if they go wrong.

You can now download reports for our homes from this site, along with our responses.

The inspection year runs from 1st April to 31st March. Each home is inspected during this period so not all reports are currently available. As a home is inspected and a report produced, we will publish the report on this site.
