Investing in your future
It’s important to us that you have the professional skills and confidence to make the most of your role and to provide the best possible service to our clients. That’s why we’ve enjoyed Investor in People status since 2001 and place such a strong focus on training and development here at Quantum Care.
Induction training
It all starts from the moment you arrive. As a care worker you’ll join our comprehensive induction programme which lasts a full 12 weeks and, as you’d expect, we make sure that every staff member – whatever role they take on – has a proper induction to the organisation which provides them with the essential skills they need for their job.
