Karen Pay has worked as a Manager at Mayfair Lodge since November 2007. She has worked in the care sector since 1991. Karen holds her N.V.Q 2, 3 and 4 in Care and an N.V.Q. Registered Managers Award. Karen has been a Deputy Manager for five years in a Local Authority Home and was a Manual Handling Trainer in this role. Karen was also responsible for a Day Centre specifically designed for older people with dementia. It was the first Day Centre in the country to provide and S.O.S. service for the families of an older people with dementia.
