Karen Pay, Home Manager

Karen has worked as a manager since November 2006. She has worked in the care sector since 1991. Karen holds her NVQ 2,3 and 4 in Care and an NVQ Registered Managers Award. She has been a deputy manager for five years in a Local Authority home and was a manual handling trainer in this role.

Karen was also responsible for a day centre specifically designed for older people with dementia. It was the first day centre in the country to provide an S.O.S. service for the families of older people with dementia.
