Mountbatten Lodge is a modern, purpose-built home for older people, situated in the Jarman Park area of Hemel Hempstead – convenient for local shops and the facilities. It is also near to the town centre and within easy access of the M1.
There are four separate living units, two of which specialise in caring for people living with dementia. We also offer three short-stay bedrooms for those who need a break. All bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities, as well as telephone and television sockets. We have an attractive enclosed garden and we hope to add a sensory garden very soon that will provide individual and combined sensory opportunities to residents and visitors alike.
Our staff run a full programme of activities and entertainment for our residents. We also have a busy family support group.

A church service is held once a month and there is a fellowship group for our dementia clients which runs fortnightly.
