Julie has worked in the care sector since 1997, starting her career with Quantum Care in 1998 as a Care Worker, and then Care Team Manager at Hyde Valley House in Welwyn Garden City. She then progressed to Deputy Manager at Providence Court in Baldock in 2006 before eventually moving to Mountbatten Lodge as Home Manager in August 2010.
