Quantum Care Launches New Online Staff Forum

Quantum Care Ltd

In October, Quantum Care launched its new online staff discussion group. Due to the geographical location of the Homes, it is difficult for staff to get together often to share new ideas and good practice. However, a group of Activities Workers came up with the idea of an intranet-based discussion group where staff could ask for help with problem solving or share positive ways of working. The discussion groups have already proved very popular, and are now going to be extended to include groups for specialist care services.
