Anita Gathard, Home Manager

Anita has worked at Pinewood Lodge since December 2005. She joined the team as Deputy Manager and was promoted to Home Manager in December 2007.

Anita has her NVQ 2&3 in Care, and is presently studying for her NVQ 4 and the Registered Home Manager awards. She is qualified to train staff in Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Dementia Care, Food Safety, Emergency Aid and Fire Safety. Anita is a Dementia Mapper an Appointed Person, and holds an Asset level two qualification for the Safe Administration of Medicines, She is qualified in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and is a Fire Marshall. She has worked in a number of Quantum Care Homes since 1995.
