As an organisation, Quantum Care is committed to enabling staff
to gain the knowledge and skills they need to do their job well.
This is achieved by providing a comprehensive Induction programme
for all new starters. This includes both formal training sessions
and work based practice alongside experienced staff to enable you
to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to deliver
quality care.

What Sort of Training Do We Provide?
A wide range of in-house courses which aim to help you gain knowledge
& develop skills, and gain insight into the needs of the people
you are caring for. Training is usually in small groups and is lively,
fun and not at all like school! There is a strong emphasis on
applying what you learn to practice.
New careworkers on an experiential training session learning about how it feels
to be on the receiving end of care!
Wherever possible, training is provided at local venues to make it as accessible as possible.
