Situated in Royston, Richard Cox House provides accommodation for 28 older people, in groups of six to eight. One of our units is dedicated to caring for people living with dementia. We also have one short-stay bed and a Day Care facility for up to 10 local people. All rooms are furnished and equipped with a telephone, TV point and call bell. The home also has modern aids to make life easier for our residents, e.g. bath hoists and wheelchair accessibility.
Our kitchen provides hot, nutritious meals daily and can cater for special dietary needs. There is always a choice of dishes, and residents are involved in drawing up the menu.
A wide range of activities are available at the home, including coffee mornings, games sessions and visits from local entertainers.
