Sandra Pynaert
Regional Manager

Sandra Pynaert has worked in the care sector for over 20 years. Having spent 10 years as a Home Manager in three homes in this organisation, she joined the Senior Management Team as a Regional Manager four years ago and is responsible for nine homes in the south of the county. She also takes the lead on medication within the company.

Training is a passion of Sandra’s and in recent years she has achieved numerous qualifications including Certificate in Management Studies, NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, NVQ4 - Registered Managers Award, D32/33 NVQ Assessors Award, NVQ B12/A13 in Training and Development and Dementia Care Mapping. She also delivers training in Moving and Handling, Dementia and Teambuilding, which helps to develop the knowledge and skills of the staff in the homes that she works closely with.

She enjoys making a difference to the lives of older people and sharing their life experiences. Her three grown up children and four grandchildren keeps her active and busy. With whatever spare time is left, she enjoys eating out, reading, gardening and playing darts for a local team.

Sandra is one of three Regional Managers who oversee nine homes each within Quantum Care.
