Ionie Pusey, Home Manager

Ionie has been the Home Manager of The Fairway since October 2009. She started at Heath House in 2002 as a Careworker, before being promoted to Care Team Manager in 2003. She then joined The Fairway in April 2006 as Deputy Manager, supporting the Home Manager and Care Team Managers before being promoted to Home Manager.

Ionie’s qualifications include NVQ 2, 3 and 4 in Care, the ILM Award, the Assessors Award and Health and Safety in Health and Social Care. She also holds the Certificate in Dementia covering 3 courses, and is qualified as a Dementia Care Mapper.
