Pat Smith has over thirty years experience in residential care. Prior to joining Vesta Lodge, Pat managed a Quantum Care home in Rickmansworth for six years. She regularly updates her training and has attended a variety of courses to keep aware of current policies.  Pat also has an NVQ 4 in Care Management and a Registered Managers Award.
