Katie Coles has been the Home Manager of Willow Court since October 2006. She has worked with older people for 10 years and holds a BTEC in Management. She has completed NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award. Katie is also a Dementia Care Mapper and has completed the Champions in Dementia Care course.
