Cecilia has over 12 years’ experience as a leadership trainer, organisational facilitator and executive coach.
She works with Chief Executives, Boards, Directors, Heads of Service and Managers to improve the effectiveness of organisations in a wide range of industries across both public and private sectors.
Cecilia has worked extensively in Organisational Development, enabling clients to lead the successful implementation of major change including restructure following mergers, service rationalisation and culture change programmes. She has helped groups design and implement new processes and also enjoys working with individuals and teams to identify attitudinal issues. Specialising in the design and implementation of performance improvement initiatives, leadership development programmes and competency frameworks Cecilia has earned a reputation as a consultant who enables a strategic approach to people development.
