Trisha is a Senior Executive whose last role was as Vice President of Global Operational HR for a multi-national Telecoms organisation. She has extensive Global HR leadership experience which encompasses expertise in international employee relations and associated labour law; Mergers, acquisitions and divestments; manpower planning issues; restructuring; site closures and conversely start-ups and new builds.
Trisha is an excellent Operational Leader/Implementer who is valued for her ability to translate strategy into being operationally relevant and thus implementable at ‘grass roots’. She is a strong communicator, change leader and values ambassador with the ability to lead teams at all levels, whether direct line, virtual, project, multi-cultural, multinational or global.
Trisha is passionate about ensuring that care for the elderly fully respects each individual and provides as close to a family environment as is possible. She has personal family experience of care homes which has given her first hand understanding of the criteria and qualities needed to provide good care for the elderly – especially those with dementia.
