Oakmoor Lodge, Bushey, Hertfordshire

Work has now begun on our latest care home development in Bushey, Hertfordshire. The project is expected to take around 18 months, with a target opening date of September 2022.

The new home – named Oakmoor Lodge – will provide first-class accommodation and care for 72 older people as well as providing local employment opportunities for those wishing to pursue a rewarding career in care.

The home will offer residential care as well as specialist dementia care, convalescence and short breaks. Conveniently located near to local shops, cafes and restaurants, Oakmoor Lodge will give residents the ability to maintain vital links with the local community, as well as enjoying the extensive facilities in the home itself, including fully furnished en-suite bedrooms, cinema, hair and beauty salon, café, sociable lounge and dining areas, as well as a number of quieter areas for relaxation.

Riverside Lodge, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

 Construction has started on Riverside Lodge Care home in Rickmansworth. This new Quantum Care home will be situated on Church Street close to the Parish Church of St Mary and the river Colne, benefiting from beautiful riverside views.

This sympathetically designed and modern care home will feature 76 en-suite bedrooms, a cinema, hair and beauty salon as well as a number of beautifully appointed dining rooms and lounges. The home will also feature its own café, conveniently situated on the ground floor close to the reception area.

A number of the bedrooms at Riverside Lodge will open onto their own patios leading to secluded outside spaces. The main gardens will be landscaped and include a number of patios, raised planters and a BBQ area.

The home will offer residential and specialist dementia care as well as convalescence care for individuals who just need to get back on their feet again after, say, a stay in hospital or an illness. Short breaks are also on offer, enabling those caring for an individual to take time off from caring, allowing the home to take up the care while they themselves rest and recover.

As well as providing care for older people from the local community the home will also provide a number of rewarding job opportunities for local residents.

Stortford View, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire

 

Work has begun on Stortford View, our new care home in Bishop’s Stortford. This new home will accommodate 78 residents over three floors and will include a café, cinema and a hair and beauty salon. Each bedroom will have its own en-suite facilities and will be fully furnished with items from our carefully selected range. The home will include a number of comfortable and inviting lounges and dining rooms as well as other spaces for residents to enjoy.
