Advice and support

Deciding whether to move your loved one into a care home can be a stressful and difficult experience, especially if it is a decision you are having to make very quickly.

Most people know very little about care homes and are quite naturally hesitant to place the responsibility for care into the hands of someone else, particularly when they themselves have been providing that care for a long period of time. However, if you’re beginning to feel that it’s time to get some help with the provision of care, we’re happy to answer any and all questions you may have to assure you that you and your loved one will receive the very highest standard of support.

Quantum Care is a not-for-profit company. That means that our purpose is to provide the highest possible quality of care to our residents, not to make a profit for shareholders or for venture capitalists. We measure our success by how happy our residents and their families are with us and welcome any feedback, whether compliments or concerns, that helps us to know how you’re feeling about your experience with us.

The confusion over what care homes are is best clarified by thinking about it in terms of moving house. Your loved one is moving into a new home, one which has professional carers on hand day and night to meet any needs our residents may have. Our pages here will help to guide you through the process of choosing the right home for you.
