Q-Club
Q-Club
Welcome to Anson Court Q Club. Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm, our Welwyn Garden City club offers day guests the opportunity to make new friends, whilst taking part in a choice of activities.
Most of our day care centres are attached to one of our care homes which means that many of the facilities available to our full time residents are also available to our day care guests - such as a visit to the hairdresser (booked directly with the centre).
Our Q Club Co-ordinator at Anson Court is Kelly Crellin, and she would be delighted to welcome your family member into our Welwyn Garden City club. Within the club, the team organise a range of activities from crosswords and quizzes to arts and crafts and baking. We always make a point of celebrating special occasions, such as our member’s birthdays and nation-wide events!”

My name is Jade Toyloy and I've been working in the health and social care sector for 12 years. I've worked in different roles, in different care settings, gaining a wealth of experience in learning disabilities, elderly care, palliative care, nursing and residential care just to name a few.
I didn't choose care, but I believe care chose me. Each day is different and hosts meaningful moments, I thrive on finding different ways to enhance a person centered care given to the residents whilst incorporating residents, staff, families and the wider community.

I have worked for Quantum Care for 6 years and have worked within 4 different homes getting to know residents, families and staff teams. During my time I have been involved in ensuring the smooth running of the home making sure residents are receiving the best level of care. Offering support to families to make sure that the service is transparent and that by promoting partnership working with other health professionals we continue to strive as a home.

I have worked for Quantum Care for many years and have progressed to the role of Housekeeping Manager. This is a role that I really enjoy; it is rewarding to know that I can make a real difference to our residents' lives. I also pride myself on making sure the home is safe and secure for all those live and work ay Anson Court.
