Belmont View has its own dedicated Activity Team who are on hand to plan a wide range of activities for you to enjoy. From light exercise, arts and crafts to entertainment and days out – you are sure to find something to take part in.
The home also offers a specialised Namaste Care programme for residents living with advanced dementia or receiving end-of-life care. This gentle, sensory-based approach focuses on enhancing wellbeing through meaningful daily experiences.
For those who live within the local community, Belmont View runs its own Adult Day Care Service which provides care during the day for older people. Meet our team

Sharon Howe
Home Manager
As the Home Manager I feel very fortunate to be given the opportunity and the responsibility to care for our residents and I am proud to be the Home Manager of Belmont View.

Dawn Curtis
Deputy Home Manager
As the Deputy Manager, I ensure that the best quality person centred care is delivered to all of our residents. I am passionate about our Rhythm of Life ethos and promoting it within the home.

Maria Gagliardi
Deputy Home Manager
The Deputy Home Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy Manager’s will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Home Managers are capable and driven to providing the best of everything for their residents.

Dee Davies
Housekeeping Manager
Keeping the team of Housekeepers running as it should is the Housekeeping Manager. Supervising and organising their teams is just part of their role as these managers work alongside their team to keep the home clean and inviting. The team play an important role in maintaining our infection prevention and control standards to make sure our residents stay safe and well.
Cheryle Jenner
Administrator
The administrator will focus on the smooth running of the home; in whatever area they may be needed. From greeting visitors to recruiting, the administrator is present in many aspects of life in the home, even if you don’t always see them! To be successful in the role, our administrators have to be flexible and calm, able to multi-task and always keen to take on a new challenge. It’s often the administrator that brings the IT skills to a home, helping them to keep everything organised. Above that though, administrators are communicators, able to speak confidently and listen closely to everyone from managers and care workers to visitors and residents.

Amy Murray
Receptionist
I enjoy my role as a receptionist because no two days are the same. It is a people-focused job which allows me to have a lot of contact with residents and their families. I am often the first point of contact for the care home, which enables me to make a great impression from the get go. I am always busy, often multitasking, and I enjoy my job as I provide support for the admin team as well as to residents, families and colleagues.
