Vicky will be visiting the home every Firday to run music sessions with the residents, either in groups or individually. Resident Brian was an active member of the band for many years so the group come in around Christmas time every year to play for him and the other residents. Image World Animal Day at Courtland Lodge Courtland Lodge residents celebrated World Animal Day with quizzes and trivia during a coffee morning and carried on in the afternoon with more fun and sensory games, discovering and learning about all sorts of animals! Image Courtland Lodge Visit from the Owls Courtland Lodge residents were delighted when Colin returned to the home with his birds of prey in tow! This time he brought a rescued tawny owl which was blind in one eye and let the residents handle the bird and say hello. Image Swinging 60s at Courtland Lodge Courtland Lodge residents had a fantastic time watching a Tickled Pink Production titled “The Swinging Sixties”.
