To all you wonderful, kind and caring people at Courtland Lodge who are so calm, tolerant and just lovely! Michael can be difficult at times but has gone to the complete opposite personality wise since he has been in your care. We are outstandingly grateful to you all.

Staff from our Watford Care Home recently attended a workshop focusing on Quantum Care's Rhythm of Life Dementia Strategy, which is designed to look at every aspect of care delivery, both from a staff and from a resident point of view, with the aim of providing a homely family atmosphere where care

Despite the snowy weather on Saturday our residents and their families from our Watford care home came together for an Easter fete. The Home had a tasty cake sale, with some of the cakes being donated by Nanny Ginger, our Activity Co-ordinator's Nan.

Courtland Lodge's annual Christmas fete is being held on Saturday 1st December from 2pm-4pm.

On Saturday 20th October residents and staff at Courtland Lodge, our care home in Watford, will be holding a jumble sale. The sale will start at 1:30pm and will end around 3:30pm. Please do come along. For more information please contact the home directly on 01923 681231.  

To celebrate the Olympics we will be holding a torch relay in our garden on 27^th July to celebrate the opening ceremony.
