Diane Smith Joins as Home Manager of Mayfair Lodge

We'd like to welcome Diane Smith to Quantum Care. She joins us as the home manager of Mayfair Lodge. Diane joined the caring in the community field in 1982 and developed her way into management in 1990. She holds a number of qualifications including:

• City and Guilds 325-3
• RMA
• Dementia Training Level 2
• Dementia Leadership

Diane spent a year taking home managers through NVQ-4 and RMA. She has been responsible for commissioning two new care homes, the most recent providing 101 beds. She has also been responsible for improving quality of care, turning another providers failing home into a home that achieved a three star (excellent) CQC rating.
