Fast Track Deputy Programme

September 2010 saw a new intake into our Fast track Deputy Care Home Manager Programme. This is designed to give experienced deputies the opportunity to gain qualifications and develop the skills and knowledge they would need to run the home effectively in the absence of a Home Manager. It is particularly useful for people looking to develop their careers and gain promotion. This course is very demanding, but has a good track record in creating the Home Managers of tomorrow. Successful participants will emerge with the Level 4 Leadership & Management in Care qualification and improved skills and understanding of the leadership role.
