Garden City Court's First Birthday

Garden City Court residents, family and friends enjoyed a fantastic first birthday party for the home at the weekend, complete with entertainment from regular singer in the home, Michael. In addition to marking the anniversary of the home’s opening in style, the activity workers Marissa, Richa and Ruth managed to raise £210 for the amenity fund from their raffle, crafts sale, bric-a-brac stall and generous donations from their guests! All left over crafts are now on sale in the home shop where they will hopefully be sold to raise even more money for Garden City’s residents. Chair of the Quantum Care Board, David Priseman, and Chief Executive Maria Ball also came along to join in the celebrations and congratulate the staff on a year of excellent care!
