Kathleen then became a full time mum to her two children Christine and David, and now Grandmother to Andrew and Debbie and Great-Grandmother to Charlotte, Harry, Ellie and Adam. Never one to be star-struck when hearing about the famous stars her husband met and photographed in his work, Kathleen had her own moment of fame when her daughter visited Borehamwood museum last year and found poster sized photos of herself, her brother David and her mother taken at a street party to celebrate VE day.  The family have copies of these photos which were taken by Arthur and are still not sure how they made their way into the museum. Having lived through two world wars and suffered major health problems, now blind and wheelchair bound, Kathleen on the whole remains cheerful and especially enjoys when her family visits. They are immensely proud of her and know she is a very special lady.
