Mayfair Lodge break the silence once again

Mayfair Lodge at Potters Bar held a Silent Disco - during the session the trainer and the residents wear headphones and travel back to the 50’s 60’s & 70’s, enjoying a bit of musical exercise. The residents thoroughly enjoyed singing and dancing throughout the one-hour session.
