Oomph Wellness

Last week we celebrated the launch of our new Oomph Wellness programme! Each of the 15 care homes now running the exercise sessions hosted their own launch event, joined by friends, family and neighbours. All 15 homes have staff fully trained to deliver the activities and support residents and day centre members in taking part. Members of the public are also welcome to come into their local home to join in for just £2 per session! This is a fantastic way of staying active in older age and getting to know your community’s care home better.
