Quantum Care Ranked in Top 5 Care Providers!

Quantum Care is celebrating after being recognised as one of the top operators in the country in a prestigious national magazine! We were ranked as the 5th best care provider in England, following an independent review of the care sector by consumer group Which?. The analysis found that over 92% of Quantum Care’s homes are rated as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission - significantly outperforming the national average. Quantum’s commitment to innovation has contributed to success. Examples include developing state of the art virtual reality technology for dementia care and the Silver Wishes initiative, which aims to grant one wish – no matter how big or small – to each of the 1500 residents. Quantum Care has been delivering specialist residential, dementia and nursing care in Hertfordshire for the past 25 years. Its not-for-profit status means revenues are reinvested into residents’ care. This allows Quantum to invest in high quality staff training and cutting-edge technology to help residents living with dementia and other age-related conditions. The top five rating follows praise from healthcare research analysts Laing Buisson last year, in which Quantum Care were named the fourth best care provider in the country. Maria Ball, CEO at Quantum Care said: “We are delighted at the recognition from Which?. This is welcome acknowledgment of what residents and their relatives have always told us – that our staff regularly go above and beyond to provide the very best quality care. We never stand still, and have a number of initiatives in place – including new staff training programmes and our wonderful Silver Wishes project – to progress our goal of becoming the top care provider in the country.”
