Quantum Care Re-accredited as Investors in People

Quantum Care are delighted to announce that we have once again been awarded the Investors in People accreditation. This award, independently evaluated by external examiners, is given to those organisations that have achieved or exceeded high benchmark standards in the development and management of their employees, creating a climate which is beneficial to staff, the organisation and its service users. Clare Laidler, Investors in People Assessor for the East of England, remarked that "Quantum Care has an impressive track record in developing people - one of the best examples I have seen in any sector ... Everyone interviewed gave a very positive impression that people genuinely feel happy and privileged to work for Quantum Care. Comments supported the principle view that the organisation is exceptional when it comes to the investment in learning. As a result, people know they make a difference for the residents and their families and this is seen as a very powerful motivator for many of the people who work for Quantum Care". Wanda Spooner, Director of Human Resources and Training at Quantum Care, said she was delighted with the re-accreditation and wanted to extend her thanks and congratulations to all employees.
