Quantum Care's first Apprentice

Huge congratulations to Sophie of Trefoil House for being the first Quantum Care employee to have completed the Care Worker Apprenticeship to become a qualified Care Worker. This is Sophie's first job and within a short time, she has become a firm member of the team. Apprenticeship Support Co-ordinator, Clare Ding said “Everybody loves Sophie's bubbly personality and staff really enjoy working alongside her. We've loved her positive nature, both towards the residents and her learning.
