REACH Training 2017

This month saw the 2017 intake onto our REACH! Management Development Programme. Aimed at creating strong Deputies, this progamme takes on both new Deputies and Care Team Managers identified as having potential to become Deputies in the future. The 8 month course incorporates the Skills for Care ‘Lead to Succeed’ Programme. Good luck to everyone embarking on this next step in their career – it’s a great opportunity!
