Silver Court Ladies Race for Life 2018

Yesterday the Quantum Care Silver Court ladies completed the Race for Life at Stanborough Lakes in Welwyn Garden City. It was a really hot day, with temperatures reaching 27 degrees, but this didn’t put off the ladies who were eager to get going.

Some ran the race, some jogged and some walked but all 16 ladies completed the 5k challenge. Despite being hot at the end, everybody was delighted to have been able to help such a great cause.

So far the total raised for Cancer Research UK is a fantastic £1,160, with more donations flooding in. Massive thanks go to all those who have already sponsored the team.
