Swimming Sessions With Heath House

One very popular activity with the residents at Heath House is swimming and now that the weather is improving we have started our regular sessions again. We go to the Aspire Centre in Stanmore which is in the grounds of the National Orthopaedic Hospital. It is the centre which was opened for people with spinal injuries so the facilities are fantastic. Arrate and Jennie (two of the three activity coordinators at Heath House) take two residents swimming at a time so the activity is on a strictly one-to-one basis.
