As you are well aware my mum was a resident at The Fairway for over 13 years. In that time, from a personal point of view and from what she told me, all I can say was that the care she received was excellent. Many times mum remarked how staff would chat to her, tell her about their family lives and be interested in hers. She felt as if she was part of a larger family.
