Testimonial for The Fairway / Ms N

Dad was placed at The Fairways as an emergency late one Christmas eve. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming particularly as it was such a busy time for them and the other residents. I intended moving him, once the crisis abated, to a care home nearer to my home and one with en-suite facilities. I soon changed my mind, not having an en-suite has not been a problem, in fact it makes dad leave his room - which he can be reluctant to do - and he engages with other residents and staff en route. The relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of the staff have convinced me that the longer journey to see him is worth the effort, it gives me peace of mind knowing that he is being well cared for and treated with absolute dignity.
