Trefoil House Awarded 5 Star "Excellent" Rating

We are delighted to announce that Trefoil House has been awarded a 5 star "Excellent Hygeine" rating for food hygiene standards under the Luton Borough Council "Scores on the Doors" scheme. Under the scheme, all food businesses inspected by officers from the Food Control Group are given a score on how well they perform in terms of hygiene, structural condition and overall attitude in complying with the law. The aim of the scheme is to improve food hygiene standards in the Luton Borough and also to give the public a more informed choice about where to eat based on food safety. There are approximately 1,000 food businesses in Luton that are subject to the scheme. Congratulations go to Maria and her team for their hard work and dedication.
