Veterans Badge for Bill

Beane River View in Hertford had a very special ceremony last week for Lance-Bombardier William Hawkins.  Ernie Large came to present Bill with his Veterans Badge for completing his National Service 1948-50 in the 6th Field Regiment of the Royal Artillery.
