Wonderful Feedback for Our Team at Elmhurst

Our team at Elmhurst have received these lovely comments through their feedback sheets, well done guys! I can’t fault the carers. They look after him so well. When I come to see him he always seems very content. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff’ [[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"3256","attributes":{"class":"media-image aligncenter size-full wp-image-11720","typeof":"foaf:Image","style":"","width":"550","height":"388","title":"Second feedback form-website","alt":"Scan of feedback form sent to Elmhurst"}}]] The second: ‘Last night we attended a thoroughly professional and such a really pleasant Scottish evening enjoyed by everyone. The chef Martin & wife & Barry probably worked most of the day preparing the multi star menu – we had a good choice & I feel many of the Bishops Stortford restaurants could not have done as well. The fantastic “waitresses” really added to the night but above all I noticed the entire staff including kitchen personnel had eyes open to help lift or feed a slightly sleepy resident at all times. An excellent night with high spirits – Residents & visitors all seemed so happy, well done’
