We offer the following types of service:

Q-Club Day Care

If you are caring for a loved one but need a break during the day to catch up with the demands of everyday life, our Q Clubs give you the opportunity to do just that. Each of our clubs across Hertfordshire offer day time care for the older person in a caring and stimulating environment - find your nearest Q Club.

Respite Care

If you are caring for someone, but need some time to recharge your batteries, our respite care services allow you to have that time. You can relax knowing that your friend or family member is in the safe hands of our friendly and well trained staff, 24 hours a day - find out more about respite care.


Following a period of illness sometimes you need a bit of extra help and support to get back on your feet. Our enablement service aims to support you in your recovery and help you to regain some of those day to day skills which may have been lost, allowing you to return Home with confidence - find out more about enablement care.

Intermediate Care

If you are recovering from a hospital admission or illness, our intermediate care service gives you the opportunity to fully recover with plenty of additional help and support. You will have access to a range of therapeutic and medical services during your stay with us, as well as the support of our friendly and well trained staff - find out more about intermediate care.

Residential Care

For those who are finding it increasing difficult to live on their own, our Homes can provide the care and support needed with daily living activities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A move into one of our Homes is also an opportunity to socialise and make new friends, and with a busy programme of activities running within each of our Homes, there is always something to get involved with - find out more about life in our Homes.

Dementia Care

When a family member is diagnosed with dementia it can be a challenging and emotional journey for both of you, but we are here to help with our specialist dementia care services. When you visit a Quantum Care Home you will notice the special features which are designed to assist residents with dementia to live as independently as possible, all with the support of our specially trained staff.
