Amazing Donation to Fourfields!

Fourfields received an incredibly generous donation of £1715.50 from local organisation, The Box Cleaning Company following their first ever golf day fundraiser. The commercial cleaning and waste disposal company were keen to see the almost £3500 proceeds benefit their community and chose two causes in Cheshunt to split the money between: a young man living with disabilities being supported by his family and the residents at the nearby Quantum Care home Fourfields!

Home Manager Leon Nyariri is hugely appreciative of the gesture, saying it will fund residents’ trips out this summer ranging from the seaside to the zoo as well as paying for visits from entertainers. As a not-for-profit organisation, Quantum Care and its homes are always grateful for donations to help provide exceptional care and activities for older people and a donation as large as this one offers tremendous opportunities to provide more variety to the lives of residents at Fourfields.

The Box Cleaning Company have been invited to come along to the home’s Summer Party and will be kept up-to-date on how the residents have benefitted from the generous donation.
