Mother's Day 2020
Mother's Day in our homes was still a lovely affair, with afternoon teas, flowers and cakes.
Some highlights from the homes:
Courtland Lodge in Watford have a mother and daughter at the home that got a visit from granddaughter and her own daughter at the window - 4 generations! Thanks to TK Maxx and Bunches and Blooms and previous manager Kayleigh for lovely donations to them home.
Elmhurst in Bishop's Stortford - one of the residents is lucky enough to have their son live at the home, so they got to celebrate Mother's Day together which is lovely!
Providence Court in Baldock handed out tons of lovely cards to brighten their day. Dee also received this absolutely wonderful message from a kind stranger on Facebook, it really put a smile on their faces and the staff! Such an amazing gesture thank you Darren!
Sainbury’s in St Albans donated flowers to Vesta Lodge for all the ladies and they did some lovely mother's day crafts with doilies.
